Yamamotoya Sohonke is the originator of nikomi udon (broth-simmered udon noodle soup). Our traditional preparation, using famous locally-produced Hatcho miso, has a distinctive aroma and rich flavor. Our udon noodles are firm and made with wheat flour produced in Japan.
