Founded in 1964, Osu's only miso nikomi (miso-flavored broth) udon noodle soup restaurant has treated diners to the same time-honored taste for 45 years. The times may change, but their belief is that flavor shouldn't — the flavor of their old-fashioned miso nikomi.
