Maruya Hatcho Miso Co., Ltd.

Visitors can see the miso (fermented bean paste) storehouse of a miso manufacturing company established in 1337. It is located haccho (approximately 870 meters) west of Okazaki Castle and the visitors can look closely at miso vats in which fermentation of "haccho miso" is carried out using the traditional manufacturing method.
