Rokusho Shrine Kakchindama Festival
[Reiwa 8/2/26 (Thu)]
Every year on February 26, a festival called the “Katchin Ball Festival” is held to pray for safe delivery, fertility, and good fortune.
“Katchin balls” are made by kneading white, red, blue, and yellow candy into a round shape on the tip of a bamboo, and shaped like a child's umbilical cord.
You can only buy it on the day of our annual festival.
