Shiratori Garden Autumn Leaves Illumination
Timed to coincide with the peak autumn colors of approximately 1,500 trees, including Japanese maple and enkianthus, large-scale ikebana arrangements will be displayed throughout the garden. In addition, on November 15, 21, 22, and 23, a tea gathering to appreciate the autumn leaves will be held, and a hospitality market will take place on the lawn plaza. During the event period, the garden will be illuminated, allowing visitors to enjoy the magical scenery of vividly colored autumn leaves reflected on the water like a mirror.

Shirotori Garden 35th Anniversary
Shirotori Connection — The More You Dig, the More Bonds You Find —
Shirotori Garden opened in 1991 as a full-scale Japanese garden, inspired by the World Design Expo.
The exhibition held during the event period presents Shirotori Garden through art, as interpreted by artist Hidetaka Furukawa based on three years of research and his own unique perspective.
Events such as the “Omotenashi Stage,” the “Shirotori Omotenashi Market,” and the “35th Anniversary Commemorative Tea Ceremony” will also be held.
Please enjoy a relaxing autumn moment while reflecting on the ties and connections of this place.
