Sanpuku (三福)
Easy to get to, it's just a 1-minute walk from Kanayama Sogo Station's south exit. We use good-condition eel from Osumi and Miyazaki in Kagoshima Prefecture in Kyushu. Grilling the eel in binchotan charcoal from Kyushu makes it crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Besides eel, we also recommend our a la carte items, which use seasonal ingredients.
