Located on the 13th floor of JR Central Towers, “Kogane Shabu-Shabu Takafuku” is a specialty restaurant that carries on the tradition and discerning eye of the long-established “Ningyocho Imahan.”
Here, you can enjoy the finest sukiyaki and shabu-shabu made with carefully selected Japanese black wagyu beef and the rare purebred “Kinka Pork.”
Our shabu-shabu is served light and refreshing with a special “Kogane (golden) broth” that enhances the natural flavors, while our sukiyaki is prepared with a secret warishita sauce that lets you fully savor the meat’s true umami.
The interior features a refined modern Japanese atmosphere, where you can relax and enjoy your time along with views over Meieki.
