A new café concept by Nagoya's long-established coffee shop, St. Moritz, where you can enjoy authentic coffee. In the stylish, tranquil interior—like a hidden retreat for adults—you can quietly enjoy a relaxed, unhurried time.
The Colombian coffee we offer is characterized by its gentle acidity and rich body. At our shop, we carefully brew our own dark-roasted beans using a cloth filter. We also serve Dutch coffee and cold brew coffee prepared using a slow water-drip process.
You can also enjoy our original blend made with Colombian beans, Deep Dark All Days, as well as specialty-grade Geisha coffee, one of the world's most sought-after coffee varieties. Coffee beans are available for purchase starting from 100g and we are happy to help you choose the perfect blend to suit your taste.
We also offer our specialty “St. Moritz Choux” with banana and seasonal cakes, which are available for takeout as well. Our shop is located midway between Sakae Station and Fushimi Station on the subway, making it conveniently accessible from either one.
