For over 40 years, Fuji Ichiban has been a beloved ramen restaurant serving customers of all ages, especially in Nagoya. From classic bowls made with its uniquely crafted noodles and soup to Nagoya’s famous Taiwan ramen, you can enjoy a wide variety of flavors. The Nishiki branch is located in “Kin-san” (Nishiki 3-chome), one of Nagoya’s most famous entertainment districts, about a 5-minute walk from Sakae Subway Station. It’s an easy place to stop by after sightseeing or shopping, whether for dinner or a late-night bowl of ramen. From 5 p.m.,Chinese dishes such as Sichuan mapo tofu and stir-fried beef and green peppers also appear on the menu.
