"Shokurakudo" - Connecting Nagoya's Food Culture to the Future
On March 18, 2022, "Shokurakudo Hosa" opened in Nagoya, right near Nagoya Castle. It's a new food destination where you can experience the next generation of Nagoya's food culture. It includes three areas: "Hosa-tei" for private dining, "Hōsa" Japanese food hall, and "Hosa Select" select shop.
The goal is to preserve Nagoya's food culture for the future, with established Nagoya brands coming together. You can enjoy various dining options, from traditional kaiseki cuisine to Nagoya's famous "kishi-men" and a photogenic "Japanese Afternoon Tea," suitable for all kinds of occasions.
While you'll feel the Japanese ambiance, this place also offers a fresh take on Japanese culture that doesn't stick to the old norms.
