Everyone’s favorite Japanese dumplings, known as gyoza, are gathered together in one place for the “All Japan Gyoza Festival." Gyoza from popular restaurants in the Tokai area, gyoza from major areas such as Utsunomiya or Hamamatsu, and original gyoza made with local ingredients from throughout Japan will make an appearance.
