Dam Sake Festival ~ Juku 3rd Stage 2025 ~
[2025/9/13 (Sat) to 9/14 (Sun)]
This project started in 2023 by 13 breweries in Aichi and Gifu teaming up with 4 local dams (Yahagi dam, Maruyama dam, Agigawa dam, and Ozatogawa dam).
This year, it will be held on 9/13 and 14 at “Hisaya-odori Park TV-tohiroba” in central Nagoya.
“Dum sake” is Japanese sake aged in a “natural cellar = dam.”
This year, it was possible to drink and compare alcoholic beverages aged 0 years, 1 year aging, and 2 years aging with different ages left to sit in a dam.
“Dum sake” allows you to feel new discoveries and romance, and enjoy changes that are different from aged sake.
You can enjoy tasting dam sake along with the 39 types of alcoholic beverages on display and snacks provided by Nagoya restaurants (additional charge).
Those who purchase dam sake will receive a dumb sticker on a first-come, first-served basis from the PR Event Executive Committee!
There is also an exhibition of 4 dams, and it is an event that even those who like dams can enjoy.
Furthermore, there is also a collaboration project with the “Dam Stored Sake and Dam/Water Source Area PR Event.”
