Meieki Illumination Photo Campaign 2021
Post photos of the illumination around Nagoya Station or business facilities’ Christmas decorations on Instagram using the hashtag #メイエキイルミ2021 (Meieki Illumination 2021).

Noritake Garden's Christmas Garden 2021
A statue of Santa resting on top of a chimney makes an appearance along with a giant Christmas tree! Starting from sundown, colorful illumination lights up the garden.

Iceless Skating Rink, Toyoda Gosei Rink
This established winter event has been attended by a total of 440,000 people over 12 years.
During the day the rink is lively with mostly families or students while the illumination at night is very beautiful and is recommended as couple's date spot or photo spot.

The approximately 80-meter-long reflecting pool in the southern area of Hisaya-odori Park Mizube Hiroba is magically decorated with blue lasers and lights in the shape of Japanese iris, the prefectural flower.

Flower objects are arranged inside an impressive transparent dome. Visitors can enjoy a close-up view of the illumination from within the dome.

Port of Nagoya Christmas Illumination 2021 BRIDGE YOUR WISH ~Connecting Your Hopes and Wishes at Night~
This year's illumination theme is "BRIDGE YOUR WISH ~Connecting Your Hopes and Wishes at Night~." Winter at the Port of Nagoya is lit with Christmas illumination that imagines a suspension bridge of wishes and hopes leading towards a bright future.

One of the largest and impressively bright illumination events in Japan!

Holiday: Tuesday, January 11-Thursday, January 13, and Monday, January 24-Friday, January 28, 2022

2,300 yen for elementary school students and adults (including a 1,000-yen coupon for use within Nabana no Sato), free for children younger than elementary school students
Laguna Illumination "Lagoon of Light"
This winter, giant, shining lantern illuminations will appear for the very first time! Visitors can also enjoy beautiful illumination throughout the park, including fun attractions wrapped in illumination and 12 of Japan’s finest illuminated arches with over 1,000,000 lights.
