What is Tsumami-Zaiku？
Tsumami-Zaiku is a traditional Japanese craft that originated in the Edo period.
Small square pieces of fabric are folded, pinched, and layered to create
delicate motifs such as flowers and birds.
Today, this beautiful technique is widely used in modern accessories and home décor,
and is loved as a charming way to enjoy “Wa”, the spirit of Japanese aesthetics.
In this workshop, you will create an adorable Rabbit Hina Doll,
perfect for the Hinamatsuri season.
Choose your favorite colors and patterns, and as you fold and layer each tiny piece of fabric,
your sweet little rabbit will gradually take shape.
This experience is wonderful for families with children,
and also a memorable cultural activity for international visitors.
No experience needed！
Even beginners or those who feel “not crafty” are warmly welcome.
We will guide you step-by-step so that anyone can finish a beautiful piece.
