Support programs for attracting MICE

Subsidy for the Use of Unique Venues

By subsidizing a portion of the costs for the use of unique venues, which is an important factor in being selected as a MICE venue, this program is aimed at promoting the holding of MICE events in Nagoya, thereby contributing to increasing the nonresident population and further revitalizing the local economy.

Main requirements

<Common to domestic and international conferences>

  • At least 300 participants in total at the venue of the main conference, and at least 30 participants at the unique venue
  • At least 3 days for the main conference

<International conferences only>

  • At least 50 participants from overseas at the venue of the main conference
  • At least 3 participating countries (including Japan)

[Corporate meetings and incentive trips]

  • At least 50 guest nights at accommodations in Nagoya City
  • Participants mainly from overseas visit Nagoya City for the meetings or trips organized by overseas companies or other organizations

Subsidy amount, etc.

* To subsidize expenses for use of unique venues when conferences, etc. that meet the requirements are held

* Applications will close when the budget limit is reached.
