Yanagibashi Uo-shabu Hama no ki
A restaurant at the entrance to Yanagibashi Fish Market, serving Japanese cuisine using fresh fish from Yanagibashi. Our specialty uo-shabu is a shabu-shabu dish with seven species of seasonal fish and organic vegetables from Aisai City. Enjoy it with our six special sauces. All seats are private rooms, and there is a Japanese sake bar next to them, so you can enjoy sake with your food.

Special earthen-pot kanimabushi
Cooked one by one in custom-made earthen pots. With plenty of crab meat, it has a strong crab flavor, and can be enjoyed three ways, hitsumabushi-style—with crab-innards vinegar, with spices, and as chazuke.
Hegi soba noodles
A type of soba noodles originating from the Uonuma region of Niigata Prefecture. It uses a type of seaweed called funori as a binder, and is served on a tray called a hegi.
