Oasis 21 iCenter Hands-On Event: “Family Crest Printing”
If you want to enjoy Nagoya even more, why not try a traditional craft experience at Oasis 21?
Dyeing has long been deeply rooted in Nagoya, with traditions such as “Arimatsu-Narumi Shibori,” “Nagoya Kuromontsuki Dyeing,” and “Nagoya Yuzen.”
At the Oasis 21 iCenter, we hold a hands-on “family crest printing” event where you can experience the fun of dyeing.
Small children are also very welcome. English support is available as well.

・Priority will be given to reservations; participation on the day is possible if seats are available.
・We cannot accept any reservations if you contact us before the reservation start date and time.
・Seat reservations are limited to a maximum of 30 minutes and one session per person.

Morning sessions: 11:00 / 11:30 / 12:00 / 12:30
Afternoon sessions: 14:30 / 15:00 / 15:30 / 16:00
・If transportation is disrupted due to bad weather or other conditions on the event date, the hands-on event will be canceled. In that case, we will contact those who made reservations, so please be sure to provide your name and contact information when booking. If the event is canceled, notice will be posted in the “News” section of this website and on this “Event Page.”

・Those with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher on the day of the event will not be allowed to participate.
Family Crest Printing Experience
Choose your favorite family crest and color to create original handkerchiefs, bandanas, and tenugui featuring your chosen crest.
Please select your crest from about 40 options, including famous family crests and those of military commanders.
